The lecture was organized by EU VOICES Centre of the Institute for the Comparative Studies of Modernity.

Mr. Averre told about Eurasian Security Community, its objectives, principles, Russian place in it and how do Europeans treat Russia. Lecturer marked that there was no distinct estimate to Russia`s actions at the world arena and this caused uncertainty on Russia`s entrance to Eurasian Security Community. Various experts express anxiety concerning the growing authoritarianism of our President. However some of them share the opinion that for Russia Security Community occupies stage between birth and ascent.

At the end of the lecture students and Mr. Averre were actively discussing this topic.
