On January 27, 2022, a ceremony of presenting governmental and departmental awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to especially honored employees of Kazan Federal University (KFU) was held at a meeting of the Academic Council of KFU. Head of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technologies and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) Professor Evgeni Magid was awarded an honorary certificate by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for significant achievements in the field of education and dedicated work (Order No. 585, July 22, 2021). The award ceremony was held in the Green Hall of KFU.
