Interest to Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Higher Institute of ITIS KFU is constantly growing. Today LIRS was visited by a delegation from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Astrakhan State University, headed by the rector Institute. Professor Evgeni Magid told about the developments and projects of LIRS.

Aufar Zakiev, LIRS Research Assistant and Assistant Professor Roman Lavrenov, told the guests from Astrakhan about the robots that employees and students use in their projects. The guests were very interested in the Master's program in Intelligent Robotics, which is taught in English and developed on the basis of the work and teaching experience of Professor Magid at Carnegie Mellon University (USA), University of Bristol (UK), Technion University (Israel), University of Tsukuba (Japan), etc. The guests are interested for the active development of cooperation in the field of robotics, including the field of group and swarm interaction of heterogeneous groups of robots and robotic competitions for students.
