The IEEE Electron Devices Society Newsletter published an article dedicated to the XV Siberian Conference on Control and Communications 2021, SIBCON-2021 in last issue.

Each issue tell readers about important international technology conferences, student fellowships opportunities, prestigious society recognition awards, and highlights of volunteer-led humanitarian outreach programs; all to promote and support our diverse community.

The SIBCON conference is regularly organized by the Tomsk group and the IEEE Student Branch, National Instruments company to support interdisciplinary discussions and interactions among collaborators through participation in the activities of the professional communities of the IEEE. This year's event is organized jointly with KFU, the V. A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ICS RAS) and the Russian branch of the Engineers Society eSystems.

This year the General Chair of the conference is a Head of the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems (LIRS) of the Institute of ITIS Professor Evgeni Magid. The program was co-chaired by Oleg Stukach, a Professor at the Higher School of Economics.

The IEEE Electron Devices Society expresses special thanks and congratulations to the head of LIRS:
