February 19, 2021 the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) of KFU held shooting of the reportage within the project "Results of the week. KFU".

LIRS employees Roman Lavrenov, Ramil Safin, Arina Kotik, Alexandra Dobrokvashina and Artur Khazetdinov spoke about robots and research conducted in the laboratory. The greatest interest was aroused by the project on the use of the anthropomorphic robot Robotis DARwin OP2 in teaching English to preschool children, which Arina told in detail. Roman, in turn, also spoke about the scientific activities and educational process of the laboratory.

This year the laboratory will celebrate its first anniversary. 5 years ago, it was created by Professor Evgeni Magid, under whose guidance the laboratory continues to conduct scientific, educational and research activities up to this day.
