On February 08, 2021, students and employees of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) demonstrated the laboratory's developments at the exhibition of research works of KFU institutes within the Day of Russian Science at the cultural and sports complex UNICS of KFU. Moreover, the Center for Club Activities of university students was opened. The rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov took part in the exhibition and the opening ceremony of the Center.

The research projects of the laboratory were presented by LIRS students and employees Arina Kotik, Liliya Gavrilova, Bulat Abbyasov and Ramil Safin. Thus, the participants of the exhibition were presented with scientific projects on human-robot interaction, compiling a library of movement patterns for the anthropomorphic robot Robotis DARwin OP3, and search and rescue robotics.
