How can foreign citizens apply to ITIS?

The admission process for the 2021-2022 academic year started on March 1, 2021, and will last until August 12, 2021.

Step 1. Fill in the application

Applications will be accepted through the Online application form on social and educational network “BUDU STUDENTOM”

The following documents must be uploaded while filling in the Online application form:

  1. Scan of  your passport;
  2. Scan of notarized translation of the passport;
  3. Scan of the educational certificate;
  4. Scan of notarized translation of educational certificate;
  5. Photo (size: 3/4).

 Step 2. Pass entrance exams

All applicants can take entrance exams only once. To pass the online exams, you need a stable Internet connection, webcam, and microphone. The examiner will check student's identity and control students' behavior during online exams in order to prevent cheating attempts.

Dates of entrance exams:

- from June 14 to June 21, 2021;

- from July 12 to July 25, 2021;

- from August 16 to August 23, 2021.

The schedule of entrance exams will be published two weeks before they are held.

Step 3. Sign the Contract and pay for tutition

If you successfully pass the online entrance exams, the admission officers will send you the Contract within 10 days after the results are published.

Step 4. Get your student visa and come to Kazan

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2020, and Amendments to it of April 29, 2020, for the purpose of ensuring state security, protecting public health, and non-spread of new coronavirus infection, entry to the territory of the Russian Federation is restricted. Thus issuance of invitations and visas for foreign citizens is temporarily suspended until the epidemiological situation improves.

If countries open borders and remove restrictive measures, we will invite you by the beginning of the educational process.

An invitation for a student visa will be prepared only after the tuition fee prepayment is made by the student (full prepayment for 1 academic year).

Step 5. Starts your studies at KFU

If countries do not open borders and do not remove restrictive measures, we will suggest that you start education online.
