Several dozen institutions have joined the event on 18 – 20 February 2021.

KFU delegations comprises three persons and is headed by Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Timirkhan Alishev. “Russian universities have actively joined the event, and among them Kazan Federal University,” says he. “This stems from the fact that Rossotrudnichestvo has allocated more quotas for Belarusian students who wish to enroll in Russian universities. We are having two meetings with colleagues here – Belarus State University and Belarus State Pedagogical University.”

Head of EcoOil Research Unit Mikhail Varfolomeev is set to present digital technology in petroleum industry education in an online event. Meanwhile, Deputy Director of the Institute of IT and Intelligent Systems Irina Maksimova is on site in Belarus speaking about the Institute’s programs; a VR simulator of crime scene investigation is being demonstrated at KFU’s booth.

As Head of the Admission Unit Rauf Sabirov noted, expo visitors are especially interested in the University’s software engineering programs.
