Director of the IDS Sergei Ryazantsev visited the University on 4 February.

He was welcomed by Rector Ilshat Gafurov and other university executives.

The sides spoke about master and PhD programs, joint research in migration and demographics. The possibility of establishing a consortium is being mulled over.

The Institute of Demographic Studies pays special attention to supporting government policies in relevant areas, including the National Project in Demography.
