The meeting was arranged on 15 October.

First year postgrad student Fang Yijie shared her appreciation, “Thanks to this help, I not only get to have masks and other items but also feel the love and warmth of my country. Our country, the educators and employees of KFU, local students – all are ready to help.”

Vice-Consul Kai Huang noted, “The Government of China cares about our citizens’ health. Our task is to protect their interests.”

Every student received 20 face masks, 2 packs of medications, and 1 pack of tissues. Apart from that, the Chinese side handed over 1,000 face masks for the benefit of Kazan University employees.

Director of KFU’s International Office Olga Vershinina also thanked Beijing Tianfu, a Sichuanese student recruitment agency, for providing face masks to the University as well.
