In the beginning of May the IX International youth forum "Our Tatarstan, the region of opportunities" ended with a two-day final exhibition, where nine best projects were presented: one project from each thematic platform. Along with the applications, the forum organizers received a lot of applications and requests on the registration prolongation. As it turned out, many participants do not get in time to prepare and submit a high-quality application. In 2019, over the entire period of the application campaign, more than 500 applications were accepted for participation.

Traditionally the final exhibition hosted an educational program with invited speakers for guests and participants of the forum, including an employee of the Laboratory of intelligent and robotic systems (LIRS) of the Higher Institute of Information technologies and intelligent systems (ITIS) Aufar Zakiev. Aufar passed the first stage of applications selection and presented the project called "Swarm behavior algorithms for robots" in the section "A region of innovations", where he was awarded an honorary certificate of the forum participant.

The Republican youth forum "Our Tatarstan" is the main annual platform for young people, where any young person and team can present and defend their idea or project, find like-minded people for their implementation, and receive public and state financial support. The forum is annually implemented with the support of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The best youth projects and ideas will be presented at the final exhibition of the Forum with the participation of the leadership of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also they will be included in the register of youth projects for further support and support by relevant ministries and departments.
