Professor of the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems presented a paper on the Scientific Council on robotics and mechatronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences

On December 11, 2019, the scientific council on robotics and mechatronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences was held at the Ishlinsky Institute for Problems in Mechanics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPMech RAS) in Moscow, where a Head of the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems (LIRS) of the Higher Institute of Information technologies and intelligent systems (ITIS) professor Evgeni Magid gave a report. Topic of his report:

"Problems of experimental research of human-robot interaction: practical recommendations from the experience of conducting experiments with anthropomorphic robots in the United Kingdom and Russia".

The Scientific Council on robotics and mechatronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences has been functioning since 1981.the purpose of the Council is to develop research and applied developments in the field of robotics and mechatronics and their use in various spheres of the Russian economy. The Council's activities include holding thematic meetings, preparing analytical and informational reviews, and participating in the work of government institutions with the aim to inform them about the state and prospects for the development of robotics and mechatronics in the country.
