Second Student Graduation of "Intelligent Robotics" Masters Program: three diplomas with honors

On June 29, students of the Master's program "Intelligent Robotics" of the Higher Institute of ITIS, Kazan Federal University successfully defended graduation theses in online format. After two years of study at the program Ramil Safin, Elvira Chebotareva and Arthur Shafikov defended their work “excellently” and received diplomas with honors. Actively participating in Russian and international conferences and exhibitions and working on applied projects in robotics under the guidance of specialists in the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) masters gained valuable knowledge, necessary skills and qualifications for further work.

Ramil Safin the graduate of the “Intelligent Robotics” program and LIRS employee, the author of more than 15 publications indexed in the Scopus, Web of Science and RSCI databases shared his impressions of the event: “7 people were defending their theses on this day, of which three students were from robotics department. Despite the fact that it was online, jitters and unrest did not leave students. The commission listened to each student and asked questions, there was a difference in the required level compared to the defense process at the undergraduate level. In the end, everyone defended their theses!”

Congratulations!

This year, the Higher Institute of ITIS opens a new set of students who wish to study on the program "Intelligent Robotics", for the 2020/2021 academic year. Submission and acceptance of documents, as well as passing entrance examinations is carried out in electronic format
