A meeting between Rector Ilshat Gafurov and Committee Chairman Alexander Grunichev took place today.

They were joined by Director of the Educational Center of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service Bulat Salimzyanov and Vice-Rector for Strategic and Economic Development of KFU Marat Safiullin.

The sides agreed to conduct joint research and development, provide educational courses and advanced training, and engage in general cooperation for the benefit of education and science.

Furthermore, KFU, Tariff Committee and Anti-Monopoly Service plan to establish a new entity called School of Tariff Regulations. It will cater to workers employed by those companies whose activities fall under the purview of the tariff regulation authorities. The School will also propose amendments to federal laws. It will be open to young people who are not yet professionally employed but plan to work in tariff-related industries.

The School plans to attract attendance from other provinces of Russia as well.
