The new executive was introduced to the Lyceum employees on 18th May by Vice-Rector for Education Dmitry Tayursky.
Dr. Mukhametov was born on 5th December 1980 in Kukmor, Tatarstan. He graduated from the Faculty of Tatar Philology and History of Kazan State University in 2003. In 2006, Mukhametov defended his PhD (Candidate of Sciences) thesis in Tatar literature.
2003 – 2009 – teacher, deputy principal, principal of Boarding School N 7 of Kazan.
2009 – 2010 – Deputy Head of the Education Office of the City of Kazan.
2010 – 2014 – Principal, Boarding School N 2 of Kazan.
2014 – 2017 — Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan.
2017 – 2019 – Principal of Bala City School of Kazan.
2019 – May 2020 – Director of the Center for Leadership in Education, Kazan Federal University.
Former director of the Lyceum, Timerbulat Samerkhanov, quit his job in late March.
