Update 3rd April 2019:
Distance learning is set to resume on 6th April and continue until at least 30th April.
The preliminary plan was to suspend on-site classes for three weeks.
In light of recent developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, Kazan Federal University has decided to temporarily suspend on-site classes and move to distance education starting Thursday, 19th March.
At this moment, new data is being uploaded, and existing materials revised, in the electronic databases of Kazan Federal University. Students are being instructed about dealing with the electronic education systems.
This period is not goint to be a study vacation. The educational process for the period of the fight against coronavirus will take place without a loss of classes. As for practical exercises with the use of special equipment or rooms, after the end of the preventive period, these classes will be held on a separate schedule.
