Kanazawa University finished their internship at the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems

Master's degree students from Kanazawa University (Japan) finished their internship at the Laboratory of intelligent robotic systems (LIRS) of the Higher Institute of Information technologies and intelligent systems (ITIS) of KFU. During the week they have worked with the ROS operating system. Students presented the results of their work making presentations.

One of the students, Kenta Tabata, shared his impressions of working at the Laboratory:

"We gained basic knowledge about ROS at the LIRS. We also learned about the research implemented by the Laboratory staff. We were happy to be here. Thanks a lot."

During the next week students will be practicing at the Ford Sollers in Elabuga. Ford Sollers is a joint venture established in 2011 between American automaker Ford and Russian Sollers. The Ford Sollers joint venture is responsible for the production, import and distribution of all Ford brand products, including automobiles, spare parts and accessories in Russia.
