AFK Sistema is a multi-directional investment company. One of its spheres of interest is medicine. This time, Managing Partner of AFK Sistema, Head of Medsi Group Company (a network of private clinics) Artyom Sirazutdinov visited to know more about the University.

“Our shareholder was here recently, and he recommended us visiting with a view on cooperation development. What we’ve already seen left a deep impression, and I hope that we can sign a memorandum of understanding and outline the formats of interaction,” said Sirazutdinov.

After showing a presentation, Rector Gafurov spoke about possible areas of interest, “First of all, we want to ask you to involve Kazan Federal University in your programs. Moreover, as we also have a clinic, we can think about working in accordance with your standards. Here, we can exchange experience and implement joint projects, as well as offer advanced training to our doctors. It’s very important for us to create a common corporate culture.”

The guests then visited several facilities of the KFU’s biomedical cluster.
