The meetings were held at the EJAAD Second Leadership Forum on 28th October.
EJAAD is a collaborative platform aimed at developing the industry, science, and education in Oman. A delegation of EJAAD employees visited KFU on 25th June this year to sign a preliminary cooperation agreement.
The leadership forum was attended by the Minister of Oil and Gas of Oman and researchers, two of whom were KFU representatives Mikhail Varfolomeev, Head of EcoOil Research Project, and Vladislav Sudakov, Deputy Director of the Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies.
As for the contract with Daleel Petroleum, it plans to invite KFU experts to implement a thermal oil extraction project at one of its oilfields in Oman.
After the signing, Kazanites spoke with CEO of Petroleum Development Oman Raoul Restucci and CEO of Daleel Petroleum Gong Changli.
