The guests were also accompanied by Deputy of State Duma Ravil Khusnullin.

After touring the KFU History Museum, the visitors listened to Dr. Gafurov’s presentation – he touched on the institution’s history and current growth areas.

After that, the participants discussed prospective cooperation domains for Kazan Federal University and Taiwanese scientific and educational entities, mostly in such priority spheres as biomedicine and pharmaceutics, petroleum industry, IT, advanced materials, and social sciences.
