Professor Evgeni Magid presented a paper at the international conference ICINCO 2017

On 26-28 July the 14th International Conference on Informatics in Control, Automation and Robotics, (ICINCO-2017) was held in Madrid, Spain. The event consisted of four tracks that covered issues related to intelligent control systems, modeling systems, signal processing and, industrial information technology and robotics.

The conference annually gathers representatives of industrial companies and academic community, providing researchers, engineers and practitioners, who are interested in research and development in the field of robotics and automation, with opportunities for cooperation.
Employees and students of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) have prepared four scientific papers:

- "Modified spline-based path planning for autonomous ground vehicle." Authors: Evgeni Magid, Roman Lavrenov, Airat Khasyanov;

- "ARTag, AprilTag and CALTag Fiducial Marker Systems: Comparison in a Presence of Partial Marker Occlusion and Rotation." Authors: Artur Sagitov, Ksenia Shabalina, Leysan Sabirova, Hongbing Lee, Evgeni Magid;
- "Arbitrary trajectory foot planner for bipedal walking." Authors: Ramil Khusainov, Artur Sagitov, Alexander Klimchik, Evgeni Magid.
- "The memristive artificial neuron high level architecture for biologically inspired robotic systems". Authors: Max Talanov, Evgeny Zykov, Victor Erokhin, Evgeni Magid, Salvatore Distefano, Yuri Gerasimov and Jordi Valverdu.

All four articles were presented at the conference by Professor Evgeni Magid with the last one presented at the poster session. The papers will be published in the proceedings of the ICINCO conference and indexed in Scopus and Web of Science bibliographic databases.
