The International Conference on the Developments in eSystems Engineering (DeSE2019) to be held for the first time in Russia

The 12th International Conference on the Developments in eSystems Engineering will continue the success of the previous DeSe conferences. DeSE2019 will be held from the 7th to 10th October 2019 in Kazan, Russia. The main theme of DeSE2019 is Robotics, Sensors, Data Science and Industry 4.0.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is a professional association  of experts in the field of engineering, the world leader in the development of standards for radio electronics, electrical engineering and hardware of computing systems and networks. It was formed in 1963 from the amalgamation of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers and the Institute of Radio Engineers.

Today, the organization's scope of interest has expanded into so many related fields. As of 2018, it is the world's largest association of technical professionals with more than 423,000 members in over 160 countries around the world. Its objectives are the educational and technical advancement of electrical and electronic engineeringtelecommunicationscomputer engineering and allied disciplines. IEEE produces over 30% of the world's literature in the electrical and electronics engineering and computer science fields, publishing well over 100 peer-reviewed journals and sponsoring over 1800 conferences and events.

DeSE has been established by the e-System Engineering organization which is based at the Liverpool John Moors University. It is held annually in the different high world rankings universities. Last year, the DeSE 2018 conference was held at the University of Cambridge in the UK.

DeSE2019 will be held for the first time in Russia. It will provide a leading forum for sharing the latest results in eSystem Development, Robotics, Data Science and Big Data Research, Idustry 4.0,  Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, IoT Development, and Applications, Smart City, Smart Health, Smart Living and Smart Home, Health networking, Learning Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing.

The submitted papers will be reviewed by IEEE, and if papers meet IEEE quality review standards, then it may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. After reviewing process the papers will be also indexed in SCOPUS and Web of Science databases and other relevant indexation services.

Selected papers will be suggested to submit to the following Open Access journal “Sensors” (Q2) and “Spiiras proceedengs” (Q4).

Deadline for paper submission– 1 June 2019
