The decision was approved on 25th April.
The sociology board will accept theses in thematic groups “Social structure, social institutions and processes” and “Political sociology.” The political science board will focus on three groups – “Political institutions, processes and technologies”, “Political culture and ideologies”, and “Political problems of international relations, global and regional development.” Both are slated to start activities on 1st September 2019.
The two respective chairpersons are Riyaz Minzaripov (First Vice-Rector, Doctor of Science in Sociology) and Oleg Zaznaev (Doctor of Science in Law).
