27 ноября 2015 года в стенах Казанского федерального университета прошла XI Всероссийская научно-практическая конференция "Державинские чтения". Отдельный круглый стол (Euroclub session 'Problems of legal regulation of migration processes in Russia, the European Union and the Eurasian area' under All-Russian scientific and educational conference XI Readings dedicated to Gavriil Derzhavin') был организован при участии Центра превосходства в области европейских исследований - VOICES+ и посвящен проблемам правового регулирования миграционных процессов в России, Европейском Союзе и на Евразийском пространстве. Модератором круглого стола являлся руководитель Центра ЕС - VOICES+ Рустем Давлетгильдеев. В работе круглого стола приняли участие заместитель руководителя ФМС России Вадим Владимирович Яковенко, начальник УФМС России по Республике Татарстан Артем Александрович Кузнецов, представители МВД России, Управления Федеральной службы исполнения наказаний, Аппарата Уполномоченного по правам человека в Республике Татарстан, представители социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций: директор центра правовой помощи мигрантам и иным социально незащищенным слоям населения Республики Татарстан, Балафендиева Гулия Гумаровна, главный редактор газеты "Трудовой мигрант" Закир Сариев.
В рамках круглого стола состоялась оживленная дискуссия по актуальным вопросам правового регулирования миграции в России как на федеральном уровне, так и на уровне субъектов федерации, по моделям противодействия незаконной миграции в России и Европейском Союзе, а также по защите прав трудящихся-мигрантов в России и ЕС.

European Union and the Eurasian space. The moderator of the round table was the head of the EU Center - VOICES + Rustem Davletgildeyev. Deputy Head of the Federal Migration Service of Russia Vadim Vladimirovich Yakovenko, Head of
the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Aleksandrovich Kuznetsov, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Office of the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of socially-oriented non-profit organizations took part in the round
table: director of the center of legal assistance to migrants and other socially vulnerable groups of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan, Balafendiyeva Gulia Gumarovnа, Chief editor of the newspaper "Labor Migrant" Zakir Sariev.
Within the framework of the round table, there was a lively discussion on topical issues of legal regulation of migration in Russia both at the federal level and at the level of the subjects of the federation, on models to counter illegal migration in Russia and the European Union, and also on the protection of the rights of migrant workers in Russia and the EU.
