19-20 апреля 2018 г. в Москве прошла международная конференция Jean Monnet Excellence in EU Studies, организованная Европейской Комиссией, которая собрала более 150 представителей университетов из России и других стран Программы и стран-Партнеров.
В своем приветственном обращении к участникам конференции представитель Директората по образованию, культуре, молодежной политике и спорту г-н Стефан Херманс особо отметил необычайный интерес российских университетов и других организаций к Программе, а также подчеркнул важность продолжения и расширения сотрудничества ЕС-Россия в области образования.
В начале работы конференции участников поприветствовали представитель Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации И.Е. Бурулько, и посол Европейского Союза в Российской Федерации, г-н Маркус Эдерер. Все они отметили важность развития и укрепления сотрудничества в сфере образования и ту особую роль, которую играет в этом Программа Jean Monnet.
Далее, свой опыт участия в Программе представили российские университеты: Воронежский государственный университет, Московский государственный строительный университет, Московский государственный педагогический университет, Нижневартовский государственный университет, Томский государственный университет, Поволжский государственный технологический университет, Российский государственный профессионально-педагогический университет, Санкт-Петербургский государственный экономический университет, Казанский Федеральный университет, Московский государственный институт международных отношений (Университет), Санкт-Петербургский государственный университет.
От Казанского федерального университета с сообщением на конференции выступил академический координатор Центра превосходства Жана Монне в области европейских исследований, заместитель декана Юридического факультета по международной деятельности, д.ю.н. Р.Ш.Давлетгильдеев. Тема выступления - "Educational projects in the field of European studies at the Kazan Federal University: the role of the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence Voices+".

On the 19th – 20th of April an international conference Jean Centre of Excellence in EU Studies, organized by the European Commission, which gathered more than 150 representatives of universities from Russia and other countries of the Program and Partner-countries, was held in Moscow.
In the greeting speech to the conference participants representative of the Directorate for education, culture, youth and sport Mr. Stefan Hermans highlighted an extraordinary interest of Russian universities and other organizations to the Program and also pointed out the importance of furthering and widening of cooperation between EU and Russia in the field of education.
At the commencement of the conference the participants were greeted by I.E. Burulko, the representative of the Ministry of education and science, and Markus Ederer, the European Union's Russian Ambassador. Both pointed out the importance of development and strengthening of cooperation in the field of education and the exceptional role of Jean Monnet program in it.
Further on, the experiences of partaking in the Program were presented by Russian Universities: Voronezh State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Nizhnevartovsk State University, Tomsk State University, Volga State University of Technology, Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University, Saint Petersburg University of Economics, Kazan Federal University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University), Saint Petersburg State University.
The Academic coordinator of Jean Monnet in European Studies – VOICES +, Vice Dean on International Activity, Doctor of Law Davletgildeev Rustem Shamilevich took part in the work of International scientific conference Jean Monnet Excellence in EU Studies and gave a talk on the topic of “Educational projects in the field of European studies at the Kazan Federal University: the role of the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence Voices+”.
