Kazan University and TU Dresden Launch Master Program in Teacher Education

Ministry of Education and Science of Russia has allocated full funding for 11 vacancies.

The program’s official name is “Comparative research in education (Russian-German research).” Students will conduct pedagogical experiments in both countries.

“The master program is aimed at graduating competitive teachers of German language and researchers who are ready for high-level educational and scientific work with the use of latest achievements of German and Russian pedagogical professionals,” says Deputy Director of the Institute of Psychology and Education Timirkhan Alishev.

The academic mobility arrangement between KFU and TU Dresden allows for internships in Germany. Furthermore, German lecturers will hold some of the classes.

The program has been presented to Andreas Hoeschen, Director of the DAAD Regional Office Moscow, and received his approval.
