The guests visited the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology and met with compatriots.

The delegation comprised Counsellor for Science and Head of the Office for Iranian Students in Russia Ahmad Golami, Acting Consul General in Kazan Alibeman Eghbali Zarch, and Consul Malekoddin Shafagat. They visited the Medical Simulation Center, and with great interest – of the current 155 Iranian nationals at KFU many have enrolled in dentistry programs. Other places of interest included the Center for Medical Engineering and the Medical Museum with 350 exhibits.

After the excursion, a meeting was arranged with Vice-Rector for Biomedicine Andrey Kiyasov and Vice-Rector for International Relations Linar Latypov.

The guests specifically asked KFU employees to be very strict with Iranian students, so that they could become really good professionals and contribute to the prosperity of their homeland.
