President of Russia Vladimir Putin Congratulated Students at the 'Together Forward' Forum in Kazan

The national student forum unites people from 38 Russian regions, including 900 from Kazan University.

The head of state extended his best wishes on Russian Student Day, “I wish you, of course, success in your studies and in your future life. Thanks to students, thanks to young people Russia always remains young, daring, looking to the future. I want to wish you to always be such as I have just said – looking ahead, daring, brave, and to use all the advantages of our vast country.”

“You are the people who have grown in new times. Believe me, you have big advantages over those who had grown in previous years. You can freely create, without thinking of anything, new sense, new fashion, new music, new art, and new technology. Don’t be afraid of mistakes, always seek opportunities to overcome them and find solutions, and then you will undoubtedly be a happy and successful generation. I sincerely wish you that,” he added.

The 'Together Forward' Forum comprises student clubs and societies from all over the country and includes a set of seminars, master classes, and roundtables. The best of the best received awards. In particular, KFU’s Univer TV was commended as the best student TV station in the country.

The festive evening continued with a concert including a number of popular Russian singers and bands.
