On February, 27 were meetings of Professor Menno Aden (Essen) with 3-Year students on course “Civil Law” (special part) (Ass. Professor Arslanov K.).

Professor Aden in his lecture on exe­cutive contracts showed the approach of German jurisprudence to disclosure of questions on particular contracts on representation underlying the meaning of the system of German Law.

3-Year students (budget and contract form of tuition) took an active part in discussion and communication with Professor Aden.
