This is the fourth year for the international edition of U. S. News Best Global Universities. To get into the list, a university must be in the top 250 in Clarivate Analytics reputation polls or have at least 1,500 publications in WoS Core Collection in 2011 – 2015. There are 13 indicators overall. 1,250 institutions managed to achieve the threshold for the 2018 iteration.
