Summer internship started on July 6^th, 2017 for the first, second and third year students of ITIS Higher Institute. A survey was conducted among students on the first day of the practice. They were asked 'What motivated students to choose LIRS for summer practice'. Students said they would like to try real robots programming, to experience a completely new (for them) area of robotics. Some of the students emphasized that they are curious about performing their research work at LIRS in the future and summer practice is a good opportunity for them to see the lab from inside. Third year students were actively engaged in research work at LIRS and continued to master robotics not only during summer internship period, but also during their summer vacations.
