KFU retains 12th place among Russian universities.
As usual, MSU is the best in Russia, now being 95th in the world. In general, the majority of Russian participants have demonstrated positive dynamics, with 14 out of 24 climbing up in the rankings.
This year's methodology has seen some changes. In particular, the citations count now goes back 6 years, and employer reputation weight for local and international employers is now even (previously weighed as 30/70).
KFU's total score this time is 27.9, up from 26.3 last year. Among the criteria which contributed to this growth are Academic Reputation (+6.8 points), Employer Reputation (+2.8 points), and International Students Ratio (+13.5 points) which is now higher than global average (standing at 11.8% of international students per institution).
Student-to-Faculty Ratio is the best indicator for KFU – 73.7 points and number 151 in the world. Other indicators have more or less remained steady compared to the last year.
