On December, 24 meeting of contest commission considered applications on participation in open public contest on organizations selection for receiving grants for implementation of integrated projects of high-technological production creation.

In the end of the Contest Kazan Federal University won  two mega grants (2013 – 2015 years) in the amount of 1,140 billion rubles.

The first of them is a joint project with “TNG-group”: exploitation of high-technological complex of geophysical devices and methods for effective field development of high-viscosity oils and solid bitumen (the amount of money is 540 million rubles).

The second is a joint project with “Nizhnekamskneftekhim”: increase of productiveness of chemical rubbers by means of modernization of isobutylene manufacturing procedure, development of technology and organization of dehydration microsphere catalyst (the amount of money is 600 million rubles).
