KFU Rector had a meeting with the representatives of the French Embassy

On December, 5 KFU Rector had a meeting with the representatives of the French Embassy: Advisor on cooperation and culture of the French Embassy in the Russian Federation, Hughes de Chavagnac and Attache on academic cooperation of the French Embassy in the Russian Federation Guillaume Garrett.

The main purpose of today's visit, as Hughes de Chavagnac told, is to strengthen the relations with the Republic Government, including the fellowship program, the agreement on which was signed in June. Adviser on culture and cooperation of the French Embassy in the Russian Federation told that the most important is the dialogue with universities - the main participants in the program.

In addition, the Institute of Physics, the Institute of ISMANS, Le Mans, and the Franco-Quebecois Institute developed and successfully implemented a joint master's program "Physics of Complex Systems."      

Moreover, there are joint educational and student exchange programs with the Academy of Creteil, University of Paris-Dauphine, Nancy School of Management and the Institute of Oriental Languages ​​and Civilizations.    

Active cooperation between KFU and France is confirmed in figures: about 1100 students study French and 25 teachers of French work in Kazan University. By the way, this is a good potential for the partnership development.
