Director of Naberezhnye Chelny Institute Makhmut Ganiev said that the Board's main objective is to streamline the cooperation between the Institute and the city's enterprises. The curricula will be tailored to the appropriate needs of local economy.

Rector Ilshat Gafurov noted that Kazan University is a quickly developing holding company. Education and industry are now developing in sync, he added.

43 people joined the Board, with Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nayil Magdeev serving as the Chairman.

Mayor shared that he is well acquainted with the engineering education and expressed hope that all the sides will cooperate smoothly in providing the local manufacturers, including KAMAZ, with qualified young professionals.
