The visit happened on November 24th.

The guest from Moscow visited Pharma 2020 program labs and the new building of the Institute of Chemistry. She was accompanied by Rector Ilshat Gafurov, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development Marat Safiullin and Vice-Rector for Construction and Maintenance Lenar Safiullin. This was Ms. Tolstikova's first time in Kazan.

After the tour of KFU's facilities Deputy Minister proceeded to meet Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov together with Rector Gafurov and Vice-Rector Marat Safiullin. The sides discussed the creation of the Ministry's plans to establish a center for advanced training in property management by educational institutions (on KFU's premises) and some other projects.
