Xose Manuel Sanchez Rei, Professor of La Coruna University delivers lectures to the students of Ibero-Romance Chair, Department of Romance-Germanic Philology, KFU Institute of Philology and Arts from September 10 to 17. According to Prof. Rei, his main objective is to demonstrate to students how the Galician language differs from the other Romance languages. Theoretical and practical sessions on the culture of Galicia include the study of literature, music, traditions and language phonetics. Prof. Rei is hopeful that it will be possible to develop joint projects with Kazan University in the future.
