Aug.2: Mr. Pierre Ferring, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg to Russia, visited Kazan University. The guest was received by Mr. Myakzyum Salakhov, KFU President and Linar Latypov, Vice-Rector for External Relations. The Ambassador was interested in establishing rapport in the run-up to the visit of the Luxemburg government delegation later this autumn that could include the Rector of Luxemburg University. The guest was impressed with accomplishments and history of KFU.
