KFU took part in annual exhibition «QS Grad School Tour» for the first time ever. The exhibition was held in the beginning of December and took place in Beirut (Lebanon). KFU was the only one representative from Russia.

A lot of foreign universities were shown at exhibition - EDHEC Business School, HEC Paris School of Management (France), American University in Beirut (Lebanon), IE Business School (Spain), University of Geneva and Webster University (Switzerland).

Education exhibition was focused on students, who want to complete Master’s Degree program or research degree. The exhibition gave an opportunity to meet face-to-face with the spokesmen of different foreign universities, file documents to QS grant fund, and attend seminars dedicated to TOEFL and GRE examinations. 

According to organizers, the shown record number of applicants in the amount of 504 was reached for the first time within 10 years. KFU stand provided a wide range of academic programs and was popular among visitors. 30 students had stated their willingness to study engineering at KFU in the next academic year.

In Beirut was held meeting with director of Rossotrudnichestvo office in Lebanon A. A. Ahmetov. During the meeting there was reached an agreement concerning Lebanese students, who will be sent to study in KFU.

We hope that the next year Lebanese students will join KFU. This will promote strengthening of friendly ties between our countries.
