Ildar Salikhov, Associate Professor of Faculty of Law attended International Conference “Russia-NATO - Dialogue and Cooperation” which took place in Moscow at Embassy of Germany on June, 27. The conference marked 15th anniversary of the Founding Act and 10 years of the NATO - Russia Council.
