Founded 2004 as Section within the Russian language department, KFU Preparatory school became autonomous University unit since 2010. We kicked off with only 38 students in 2010, and we have around 500 in 2017-2018 academy year; and 600 students are planned to get admission to our course in 2018-2019.
International students from almost the whole world completed their pre-University training here: China, Turkey, Iraq, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Mongolia, Yemen, Oman, Algeria, Burundi, Sudan, USA, Tunisia, Chad, Congo (Rep., Zaire), Syria, Iran, Iraq, Norway, France, Afghanistan, Brazil, Vietnam, Great Britain, Cabo Verde, Israel, Thailand, Columbia, Korea (Rep. of), Indonesia, Mali, Cameroon, Nepal, Bosnia and Herzegovina, India, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tadzhikistan, Bangladesh, Lebanon – the list is incomplete.
