The article summarizes information on the history of the “Museum of the History of the Turkic- Tatar Writing System”1 project, which is being developed by different scientific groups in the Republic of Tatarstan. We analyze the first steps in the practical implementation of these ideas. It represents a brief des­cription of the exhibitions at the Museum of Arsk Pedagogical College “Elifba” and the Museum of the History of the Statehood of the Tatar People and Tatarstan. We carried out a detailed analysis of the monumental panel picture “The History of Tatar Literature”, which adorns the recreation area of a boarding school for gifted children in the village of Bogatye Saby in the Sabinsky district of RT. The originality of the scientific concept of the project and the specificity of its artistic solution were revealed. The article presents a summary of the creation of the open-air exhibition on the history of the Turkic-Tatar writing system in the Museum of the Bulgarian Civilization. It reveals the value of the Museum of The History of the Tatar Writing System in preserving the culture of the Tatar people.
