There was published an edition of Universities` global ranking – Webometrics. Kazan Federal University occupies there the 1888th position.

This is the 22nd position in Russia and the 1st among Tatarstan universities. It is glad to mention that KFU has improved its results in comparison with place as at July 2013, when it occupied the 3236th  position.

This outcome is due to improvement of three indicators out of four that are considered in ranking compiling: Presence, Impact, Openness.
