A business meeting of faculty members and post-graduate students of the Faculty of Law with Professor D. Cook, a specialist in civil law and civil process, the Lawyer of the Year-2013, who has many years’ experience of work in the US Supreme Court, US Courts of Appeal and district courts, was organised on the 10th of June.
The following topics were discussed during the meeting: experience of legal clinic organising in the USA; opportunity of reciprocal publications; opportunity to participate in joint grant programs; academic mobility of teachers and students, particularly, an opportunity to send Master’s Degree students for practice in legal advice agencies.
