Arranging social and educational work
Implementing federal and regional targeted programs of social and educational work, physical education and sports
Developing KFU's programs of youth policy, social education, support and welfare of KFU's staff and students; developing physical education and sports
Preparing plans and annual reports on social and educational work
Promoting students' participation in research (together with Vice-Rectors for Research and Education)
Supervising the implementation of academic practices (cultural, sports and recreational activities)
Promoting students' entrepreneurial activities
