The centre’s work is based on scientific research, practical analysis, dissemination and adoption of the most profound Italian humanist-educator, Peace Nobel Prize laureate (1949) Maria Montessori. Method of Montessori is worldwide known and has a 200 year old history in which it acquired reputation of successfully innovative, humanism oriented, completed as well as open for changes system. Orientation on human beings, their interests, abilities, individual timing in education are key factors which make Montessori method purely humanistic and pedocentric system.
