Work responsibilities

- coordinating KFU's policies of international cooperation;

- planning the international activities of the University;

- coordinating and managing the implementation of intergovernmental agreements and partnership agreements with overseas institutions.

Biography

Timirkhan Alishev was born in Kazan on 19^th February 1985.

Graduated from

Kazan State University (2007) with a Specialist degree

Kazan State University (2011) with a degree of Candidate of Sciences in Sociology

2003 – 2004 – Office Manager, Kazan Vocational School of Automotive Industry

2004 – 2007 – Computer Skills Instructor, Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Russian Society of Disabled Persons

2007 – 2009 – various posts in private companies.

2009 – 2011 – Leading Consultant, Section of Coordination and Development of Research, Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan

2011 – 2012 – Section Head, Section of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan

2012 — 2015 -Section Head, Section of Professional Education, Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan

2015 – 2018 – Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan

2018 – 2020 – Deputy Director, the Institute of Psychology and Education, Kazan Federal University; Director, Situation Center, Kazan Federal University.

Since 2020 – Vice-Rector for International Cooperation.
