Japanese professor told about local administration in Tatar village

On September, 5 Professor from University of Tokyo, Fumika Takhara, made a public seminar dedicated to Experience of carrying out field studies. This seminar was held in the Institute of Mass Communications and Social Studies.

Director of the Institute Nail Mukhryamov introduced professor to audience. He told that this was not the first visit to Tatarstan, during the first one he had been studying his research problem using the example of Tenki village. Article titled Management and leadership in Chinese and Russian villages was published in Europe-Asia Studies according to the results of this field study. Professor presented this article to the Director of the Institute and in response Nail Mukharyamov gave him a book that he co-edits with German colleagues Local self-administration in Russia and Germany.

Not only students but teachers as well came to listen to the lecture of foreign Professor who perfectly studied self-administration in Tatar Village.
