On August, 31 decree on subsidies allocation to 15 best universities was published on official web-site of Russian Government.

8.7 bln rubles from federal budget will be allocated to leading world research centres in 2013 to increase their competitiveness. Kazan Federal University will receive 592, 4 mln rubles.

More than half of the subsidy will be directed to improve internationalization of educational and scientific processes. Federal subsidy will activate research and specialist training in key areas of KFU development.
