Each applicant was assigned an identification number when submitting the package of documents. In accordance with the Rules of Appointment each achievement of the applicants was assigned a point, in accordance with the sum of points the rating list of applicants was made:

    Academic Performance. Passing score of the sum of academic rating and achievement points for winning the competition: 98
    Achievements in research, social, cultural-creative, sports activities. Passing score for winning the competition: 16.8
